    NOTE: -
    1. This support form is applicable to setups designed/supplied with products promoted by Alphatec in India. 2. If the site is not fully ready after the engineer’s visit, all subsequent visits will be chargeable for travel, food, and lodging.
    3. In case the project uses equipment provided by another vendor, the technical personnel of the particular OEM need to be present while commissioning and testing.
    4. Scaffolding and help to be available at the site to correct speaker positioning, connectivity, and angle if required.
    5. At least 2 engineers from the System Integrator’s team should be available at the site while commissioning.
