Sales Manager - Residential

Job Description:

·       Appointment of distributors and dealers to cover entire geography of addressable market for the consumer electronics products & Residential Audio     Video.

·        Driving the sales performance of the distributor.

·        Retailer outlet placement of all models.

·        Managing and executing promotional campaigns.

·        Keep information on competition activities and new launches.

·        Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

·        Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by brands, new product sell-through and offer code performance


Desirable:

·        You have a Bachelor’s degree.

·        You have prior experience in distribution of Consumer Electronics, Consumer Durables, Telecom, FMCD, FMCG or in similar industry.

·        You possess a solid understanding of distribution ecosystem.

·        You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple partners in a fast-paced – highly competitive market environment.

·        You have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

·        You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different     stakeholders.
