Job Description:

·       Meet and exceed revenue targets, within the assigned brands and product portfolio.

·       Generate leads to increased outputs.

·       Design a training and engagement strategy with channel partners

·       Have effective reach-out and engagement programmes to attract dealers offline and online.

·       Engage with existing channel partners through regular check-ins ensure that channel partners are well-   trained and have access to knowledge material.

·       Follow a rigorous process for ensuring timely collections & ensure the process of collections is followed.

·       Enhance Alphatec’s brand image for better awareness & product demand. Enhance the Alphatec brand by providing exceptional support to the entire Dealer, Distributor network. 

·       Enhance your own knowledge and understanding of the product portfolio that Alphatec offers.

·       Be able to recommend alternative products to the partner network in case of non-availability of some products.

·       Analyse and provide inputs to management on market opportunities.

·       Conduct competitor analysis

·       Review and create action plans

·       Carry out training programs on an ongoing basis as per need assessment.

·       Build a tracking and monitoring process for checking adherence with the training plans agreed with partners (SIs, Distributors, Dealers)

Skills and other desirables:

·       Analytical ability

·       Excellent communication skill

·       Self-driven

·       Experience into consumer electronics/Consumer durable/ FMCG / Telecom industry.

·       Experience in Sales/Distribution/Channel Management roles

·       Ability to manage stakeholders, internal and external, and managing multiple stakeholders

·       Experience working in multiple geographies

·       Hands-on experience in distribution, channel sales and training & development
